Per our telecon, ref a, attached are notes of my

discussion with Jim Jones

morning, ref b.  Please forward the notes to Jim.  This will illustrate part of
the Communication Metrics process by facilitating his review, including telecon
with you, see line 081297.  My only concern is if the Internet scrambles the
record, since the structure of the record is an important part of enabling
those being supported to quickly absorb a lot of information.  If he gets work
product that is severely truncated, it could appear more confusing than
helpful.  Please let me know if this thing comes through okay, so that the
first impression Jim gets is constructive.  Thanks.
