Subject:  Communication Metrics

Dear Tom,


I've read your report dated Mar 28, 1997 (forwarded to us
by Rod Welch) and am intrigued by the concept of
Communication
Metrics.


The question that has to be answered, however, is whether this
can make us more cost effective.  I realize it is difficult to
quantify the potential savings but before anyone "buys" this
they're going to want to see the hard data.  Need your input.
