Configure Path to Run SDS at Home

Dear Wayne,

Your letter today indicates the problem is the sds.bat file may have incorrect calls for the path. Ideas for solving the problem are in the record reviewing the problem.

Hopefully, it will not be necessary to work with the diagnostic set of code submitted on February 13.
