Discussion Jon Andrews has left the SDE firm. Dan Chen will be SDE's new Project Engineer for Moscone III. CMU Wall at Entry and Exit Ramps above Kitchen KH is doing a section of the basement entry Ramp. JL clarified location of CMU wall relative to addition of new concrete wall. Concrete Wall in Basement at D Line SDE sketch dated 10/26/98 shows a new 12" concrete wall in the basement on D line from 1 - 2; 2.3 - 3; and 4.6 - 6. Telecom Cable Tray Support System Elevator 7 & 8 PB reviewed columns and elevator guide rails surrounding elevators 7 and 8. SDE confirmed that columns extend down into the 2' 6" foundation mat, as documented in the Volume 1, 50% CD package, sheet A6.53 detail 1. PB revisited new columns and beam along line 4.6 @ E.5 and E.7 suggested by SDE during meeting on 10/22/98. Elevators 3 and 4 No comments or discussion on KH sketches for elevators 3 and 4 submitted to SDE at meeting on 10/22/98. Elevators 1 and 2 No discussion at this meeting of guide rail supports at elevators 1 and 2, reviewed at meeting on 10/22/98. Edge of Slab Dimensions and Details Stair Openings: Centerline of steel to face of concrete slab edge at stairs is 1' 0" unless otherwise noted. Stair/Steel Locations: refer to attached Top of slab elevations at stairs 8. Grid line E.5/1, stair 8 ground level, shows a revision. Refer to 50% set. Latest printing shows Plan revision taken to top of concrete elevation. Stair at lines B/1 - 1.5 on drawing S2.10M: frame opening not needed - stair goes from 38' 9 7/8" to 35' 9". Shaft Openings: Centerline of steel (GWB) to interior face of shafts = 1' 4" unless otherwise noted. Interior face of shaft (GWB) is 2" from face of concrete (see attached) Sky Fold Partition, 2nd, 3rd Floor Support Product data given to SDE. PB prepared sketches showing sections between lines E.5 and F along 4.5 looking North, and between 3.6 and 6 along F looking West, showing Sky Fold partitions on 2nd and 3rd floors that require review by SDE for support. Structural support to be suspended from above. Mechanical Pads and Curbs under Walls JL advised that slab depressions cannot occur over beams. Elevators 5 and 6 - Suspended Elevator Pit Structural Column Layout Review Column at elevator 7 and 8 perimeter to all be H Column at 5 between F and G to be consistent Column at F.5 and 2 to be centered and dimensioned Add column at 4.6 and A.5 Column at 5 and A.5 rotated Column at G and 2 to be "boxed" Dimension change at TS interior steel at elevator 1 and 2. Include column at A.5 near 4.2 and 3.8 Remove column at G and 2, 2.3, 2.5, 3 - 3rd floor and 3rd floor mezzanine Revise machine room steel structure at elevator 1 and 2, as per new dimension Relocate column at 3.8 near B to not be vestibule Resolve conflict 6, D.5, C.5, B.5, E.5 Orientation of new column at E.7 and 4.6

Action / Decisions Pending / Follow up SDE to submit details of CMU wall to beam connections. SDE to provide section of concrete wall. KH to revise plans with input from Gensler. Door at 2.4 to be moved closer to line 2.6. KH to issue cable tray loads to SDE. SDE will coordinate with FBA and cc JV team on discussions. SDE to develop additional support for stair to elevator equipment room. SDE to develop catwalk details. SDE investigating support for cantilevered slab adjacent and North of elevator 7 and 8 machine room. KH is reviewing framing for elevators 1 - 4. RR wants separate meeting to review and agree on these dimensions. KH to submit plan layouts of concrete curbs, mechanical pads and depressions. SDE to submit details. KH to verify if elevator pit extends into headroom in relation to bus ducts. SDE to review.
