Subject:  To do list
                 Pre function escalator details, coordinated floor plans and
                 ceiling plans.




I have asked Laurie Petipas to look at the fascia elevations around the edges
of the pre function slab in order to finalize the design of the handrails and
their proximity to the exterior glass wall. As it turns out he found quite a
lot of drafting discrepancies  between our drawings .




We will transmit to you the revised fascia guardrails so they can be
incorporated into the 50% package.




The drawing are design drawings. They need to be developed into construction
documents by your team.




Please find enclosed some examples of discrepancies between floor
plans and ceiling plans in the pre function areas.




The escalator detail plans have not yet been touched by your team since
5/15/98.




You need to coordinate with the elevator/escalator consultant with regard to
the proposed structural supports, suspended pit construction etc.




Check the 11'8" plan dimension the elevator consultant indicates at the pit
location.




Is it needed?




If so the slab opening may have to be revised.




The finish on the escalator soffit and sides is painted gypsum board .




Are you going to address this work for the 50%?




I believe you mentioned that your team will provide some details for the pre
function ceiling and perimeter soffits.




First discrepancies need to be fixed, so the details will be accurate.
