Subject: To do list
                 Interior elevations

I briefly reviewed the 25% progress prints interior elevations provided 10/30/98. Please find attached a sample of the new interior elevations.

Between the DD set dated 5/15/98 and the Progress set dated 9/30/98 I can only see missing information: finishes disappeared, so did some of the structural elements.

The intent of the interior elevations (previous discussion with you, when I asked you to take a look at the Moscone II set), sections is to indicate the elements that need to be constructed within the interstitial ceiling space, walls, etc. the "progress" elevation does not deal at all with this, although the elements were well known to the team (structural, HVAC, floor boxes, etc drawings) Also we do need a blow up partial elevation at ¬" scale.

When are they going to be started?

As I mentioned to you before, you can provide drafted by hand drawings. Not all drafting needs to be done on CADD.

It will be probably a good idea if a senior person drafts the ¬" blow up with all the necessary, coordinated information, then a junior/ CADD draftsperson can input it on the overall elevation/ section.
