Here are suggestions from discussions with Tom and Marc yesterday, to handle increased COE management needs on the Oakland Harbor project resulting from Dutra's efforts to accelerate its work to recoup delayed performance. A key need is to control the job record for decision support. Communication from meetings and documents is increasing, and so needs more effort to support COE executives.
