Dear Marc,
Per our discussion today, this confirms understandings with Bob Johnston that Dutra will deliver its re-submission of the Contract Design method for the crossing of the NSL at the UPRR tracks, to COE in Sausalito today. UPRR is willing to arrange a meeting on Jan 15, at their office in the rail yard, so that we can examine the site together and formulate a work plan that minimizes impact on UPRR operations, and enables Dutra to perform the work efficiently. Please advise if you want me to attend the review meeting on Dutra's submittals this afternoon.
