Dear Mr. Johnston:


Reference is made to contract DACW07-95-C-0003 for (-)42' Navigation
Improvemetn, Oakland Inner and Outer Harbors, Alameda and San Francisco
Counties, California, and your Serial Letter No. 0189, wherein you state your
intention to discontinue dredging the Todd and Snitzer Wing polygons and to
remove the Liberty Unloader from the project site.




It is requested that you revise your constructon schedule to include the
completion of this project area.  Include the equipment to be used, the
location and quantity of capping material; the location and quantity of Wings
material; the location of Turning Basin and Wings that are currently to grade;
the quantity of material dredged to date from the Wings and Turning Basin;
start and finish dates; and durations of all pertinent activities pertaining to
completion of bid item No. 0006, "Dredge Inner Harbor & Dispose of Material in
Galbraith Disposal Area."  Your schedule shall be computed by CPM with the
nodal logic, bar chart, and critical path shown.




Your plan to perform this work shall be submitted with the updated schedule
and shall include the plant and methods you will employ to complete Bid Item
No. 0006.
