Enclosed is the notice of the seminar I mentioned in our

discussion today. It
is intriguing to me because much of law relates to communication and my SDS
thing is aimed at "reengineering" communication.  The discussion with

Justice Stan Mosk
on reengineering "discovery" may be of interest.





I'd like to discuss at a convenient time the correleation between partnering
and notice.  Notes of recent discussions on the

Project Manager
role reflects
lack of authority inherent in relaxing notice provisons which seems like the
end game of partnering.
