Discussions today with Bob Masuoka show environmental requirements are more complex than reflected in the current schedule. You can see the details in my SDS records which I will put on the network. I have more work to organize Bob's remarks; will complete this over the weekend, including a proposed sched- ule that reflects these new understandings. It appears the contract language offers an opportunity to mitigate budget impacts.
