Thanks very much for explaining BI's background and goals in our call today. I enjoyed reviewing your 1992 paper on groupware which is much more than a technology prescription. The key challenge, underscored by your analysis of pilot testing, is channeling investment to implement specific solutions, in my case SDS, and the science of Communication Metrics.
