Thanks for considering Communication Metrics in our discussion today.
There is some justification for applying this method to legal work. Ten 10 years of experience from Welch v. State of California led to many of the ideas in the methodology. For example, the alignment process in SDS strengthens the microscope of discovery you cited at a meeting with Turner Construction on May 29, 1996. Legal practice is moving toward greater use of the Internet, as seen from recent publication of findings in the Microsoft anti-trust case. SDS Interent application reduces the cost of communication by an order of magnitude, while enhancing effectiveness. These advantages can strengthen TRP's service to clients.
