Dear Anne,
Just wondering if you received my letter on September 17, and whether you have given up pen and ink, despite dire warnings in an article included with my letter?
Did you and Ron see the recent articles on the high cost of medical mistakes, reported beginning on September 12? I wrote to the reporter explaining the cause and solution to reduce mistakes everywhere. It is sort of a risk management thing that insurance people might find helpful.
