Confirming our discussion this morning, we tentatively scheduled to meet in your office on
October 7 at 0830 to discuss ideas on using Com Metrics at TRP based on background cited in my letter on Aug 27.I will call the day before to confirm this schedule.
On September 24 I wrote to the reporter for a series of articles on the high cost of medical mistakes, explaining the cause and solution of mistakes that applies more broadly to other industries. Reasoning in my letter seems to support Morris' point that the law may be a good path for exposing business intelligence, as occurred with CPM, related in my letter to you on Aug 27.
