Thanks very much for making inquiries about Communication Metrics in relation to the Dutra settlement. On Jan 7, 1997 Bob Johnston, then president of Dutra, seemed to say he was directly helped by this method. This reflects the goal of Communication Metrics to help everyone get things done correctly and avoid disputes.
Common Administration may be a way to use this capability with the Internet, as an independent resource. Could you comment on applying your suggestion at Asilomar to use clear and concise communication, as set out in the record for today?
