Following up the Apr 21 letter on the Corps of Engineers report, attached are
organization charts showing how Communication Metrics fits into the business
structure at different management levels. The first chart is for general
management. The second chart shows application on a single project; a third
chart shows how this service is provided under an AE. These three (3) views
simplify explaining Communication Metrics as an "intelligence" function to
improve management effectiveness, as discussed in the Corps' report. Please
advise if this helps people recognize added value from adding intelligence to
