Subject:   Transferring SDS Code to Maintain Record Set

Dear Gary,

As noted in earlier letter, got your SDS records for today and installed.
..
I was sending you a letter just now, and went to publish an SDS record. There was an error message saying your name is currently configured for use with 070405 to publish records.
..
This means that the update from you included c: sd 03 04501 with your name.
..
Please check the transfer code from you to me and change the configuration so that SDS program code is not automatically transferred. My guess is that you have a single set of code for transferring files between work, home and to me. For the time being the only SDS files that should be transferred to me are....

d: sd 08 gljdy
..
If other files on SDS need to be transferred, we should talk about it in advance, so we maintain control of the record set of code. I don't have any trouble with transfers to c: 01 02 and c: 01 05, which is a new directory you or I created for your new SDS development code. c: 01 04 should not be transferred from you to me without notice, because that has SDS macro development that goes into c: sd 03.
..
I don't think there is a big issue here; just want to make sure we are on the same page. Probably 04501 is the only thing that makes a difference, and that is only an annoyance, but want to maintain control.

Thanks.
..
Sincerely,

Rod Welch
