Gary,
Per our
telecon this afternoon,
after we talked, I called Morris
and discussed ideas you raised. He will send you the code for
Medit and for filefind. Morris seemed open to collaborating on
any effort to advance the c version of Medit to create a Windows
version of SDS.

After you get the code from Morris and make a
review, we can work on a development plan and arrangements for
ownership and compensation to implement the plan, as set out in
the
record
for today.
.. Getting to this point today considering product development
was the main goal of our evaluation project begun on 020924. I
am very pleased with progress and so am hopeful we can take the
next steps with the same enthusiasm, cooperation and success in
working on issues.
By copy, I am confirming these understandings with Morris, and
request a copy showing transmission of the Medit code to Gary.
