SDS Program and Sample Work Product for Evaluation
Dear Gary,
I am sending a CD under separate cover with the SDS code and some work files
for you to use free of charge in exchange for evaluation comments you can
offer. You should receive
the CD by about Friday. I would like to get an evaluation on
the level of effort needed for a new user to become productive, for example,
sending a letter, preparing SDS records with subjects, contacts and links, and
posting to the Internet. In order to maintain clarity, I am setting a time
limit of three (3) months on this initial evalution. At the end of that time,
and no later than January 1, 2003, if we have not mutually agreed to extend the
review period, you should return the CD and remove SDS from your computer.
.. Once you get the CD and
copy the files to your hard drive,
as shown in the
record for today, I will assist by phone in setting up to run the program, and
give an orientation.
After you feel comfortable using SDS, then we can discuss additional
terms for product and business development, and ownership. Thanks very much for
making this effort.
