Dear Jill,
Thanks for our discussion this afternoon.
I need a source for a quote often attributed to Drucker that introducing innovation requires improving productivity 10 times better than existing methods in order to justify the cost of making the change, as shown in my record reviewing Drucker's book on November 30, 1993.
Would also like to get a contact at the university for collaborating on showing how SDS implements Drucker's ideas on management, as shown in my paper on POIMS technology.
