Help with doctoral dissertation

Dear Leah,

Please explain your thesis in a summary form, and indicate how you intend to use Com Metrics ideas on welchco.com. These ideas are generally classified as Knowledge Management (KM) It is difficult to present KM using IT tools, like conventional documents, as seen from comments by the NSF on December 13, 1999.

It would be interesting if your doctoral thesis addressed the immediate task to foster a culture of "knowledge" that transitions from IT to KM.
