Dear Pat,

This confirms phone message for you yesterday. This morning Lori Truitt advised that Vicky is on maternity leave, and so cannot meet today, which was planned in your letter on December 24, 2000.

Lori indicated she will coordinate with you on setting an alternate course of action for reviewing opportunities to support SRI management using SDS and Com Metrics for KM.

Yesterday, Lori advised that Curt Carlson is out of town, and so he is not available for meeting today on the KM research agenda, which he planned to attend in our call on January 4. As indicated in the phone message yesterday, this delay provides an opportunity to prepare for an effective meeting with Curt. We can meet later today, or tomorrow to sort through the planned agenda, and come up with several action scenarios for Curt to consider, when he is next available.
