Business Plan Review and Comment

Dear Pat,

Sorry you are experiencing trouble opening links to the business plan, in my letter sent last night.

I just clicked on the link you sent and it opened in Netscape. I copied the URL to IE 5.0 and it opened again, indicating the link should be okay.

Sometimes the server slows down when traffic is heavy. This can cause access by the browser to time out and return an error; or the ISP could have had a maintenance problem, which occurs from time to time. These are some of the perils on the Information Highway that need attention on the DKR.

Please try it again when time permits.
