Dear Pat,

This afternoon, I sent a letter to Doug on meeting this week to consider business arrangements for SDS to support the DKR effort.

In a call to you last Friday, we discussed that you are meeting with Doug this week, and will inquire about meeting on SDS, as well.

Additionally, on August 29 you were planning to comment on the initial outline of a business plan for SDS, and, also, schedule meetings with staff looking into new initiatives at SRI which you felt might benefit from SDS.

Please keep me posted on progress.
