Potential RFP for Welchco

Dear John,

Thanks for the lead on an RFP in your letter today.

The only challenge battling a government agency, especially the IRS, is that they are not going anywhere. This means it is difficult to bring effective pressure on individuals and the agency to act reasonably, responsibly and within the law. Having said that, Com Metrics is designed for these kind of situations.

I have been meaning to invite you over for a meeting, but have been backed up lately with stuff.
