Analysis of changes from v6 to v10 are in the record on June 14. In sum, the new plan focuses on growth of e-business as rationale for his new venture.

Incidentally, on April 3, 2000 Eric Armstrong submitted interesting analysis of big issues in business planning, that discusses opportunities and risks in formulating a new industry contemplated by KM effort.
