KM Hard Work Highly Rewarding |
Dear Peter,
[Responding to your letter asking about my work,] I provide a service of Communication Metrics using my software, SDS, per a recent letter explaining the whole thing.
This is a KM support service, and I am seeking commercial alliances to grow the market for this capability. Your recognition that KM is hard work suggests you might be a viable ally.
