Tom,
I could say your letter is just straw in the wind, but then that would suggest I know what you reviewed. Hope you find the site is of some interest. Let me know when time permits if you get the sense that this environment might support an "intelligence" role for management. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reported this was useful; but, some people feel the Corps worries too much about water under the bridge.
What is your take on this effort to use the web for daily management?
Just for fun, here is a record on a typical day using SDS. At the end of the day, the president of a company involved in the work, covered by this record, comments about the method. This person hated SDS for many months in the beginning. But, he seems in this record to have recognized that "intelligence" support turns out to save money. Don't follow any links in the record otherwise I will never hear from you. Just take a look at how the work flows using this method, and the result.
