Subject: | Open Source Distribution on Intenet |
Dear Dick,
Thanks for your several letters. You present a strong case for considering open source development. The Internet demonstrates some aspects of SDS, as seen from the record of our meeting last Friday. The manul for SDS is entirely online in the Help system, and so cannot be provided as a separate submission. This approach was taken because the printed material is imposing, and presents a distribution expense.
You can gain a deeper sense of how SDS is used from the typical day scenario. And, if you have time, I think you will enjoy talking to people who have tried SDS.
I look forward to reviewing your project ideas.
Sincerely,
THE WELCH COMPANY
