Dear Rod,
Below is the initial draft of a proposed contract between the COE and an independent contractor, PSC. PSC will subcontract to you for the scope under para A, B, C, and E. PSC will perform sections D and receive markup on your work for administering the contract. This scope reflects our meeting yesterday, as shown in the calculations I prepared, and in the notes you submitted this morning.

This is accomplished by maintaining a project record integrated with a schedule of action items, discussions, calls, documents, correspondence and other communications used to support effective decision making by providing traceability to original sources, also called "Communication Metrics."
Schedule of Work. Inspection start will be 1 May 96 with completion of inspections and reports by 30 Jun 96.
Attend bi-weekly DMMO meetings and provide draft and final written meeting notes within 2 work days of meeting date, or as directed.
Attend District's weekly building move meetings to produce draft and final meeting notes within 2 work days of meeting date, or as directed.
Research past documents for inclusion into meeting notes and create traceability to the original document or communication.
Assist governement representative in meetings, recording discussions and providing correspondence.
Final written reports on each of the levee inspections.
