Thank you for your time and interest in presenting SDS and POIMS.  Your
solution provides beneficial features, the ability to hyperlink related
files and the integration of a personal scheduling system would certainly
be an improvement on our current problem management system.


As discussed, IBM has been gathering requirements fro its division and
reviewing a variety of tools over the past 18 months.  The decision on an
information management system/problem tracking system is based on a set
of requirements which have been met by other products.


This decision has been made by the IBM internal information service
group.  As we discussed, I will pass on the concepts of integrating
information to that organization.  Not knowing what they have already
considered, it may be useful to them in their ultimate implementation.
