I enjoyed our conversation at Pam's the other evening.

The title of the book I was trying to remember is "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey.

You may find it useful to cross-check its contents on management/leadership techniques/concepts/practices/jargon against what your product delivers to make your sales pitch to managers more effective.

Also, in preparing for my participation at PGE meeting with Pam's management group, I find that the first two (so far) habits are consistent with the results of the Forum seminar, you may recall that there is nothing in writing to duplicate the Forum experience, but this section may be interesting to you to get the flavor of the event to sample.
