The Letter [dated November 10, 2002] displays fine.

The SDS record [dated November 11, 2002] formats much better.

The Action Items line is missing "Action Items" and "Click here to comment!" is not red.

At line 330516 you missed changing the opening angle on a FONT tag to a brace and the next few lines show up in larger text.

Starting at line 340412, anchors are not being converted to links.

I will run these through the verifier and see what it has to say, but whatever it says, I can at least read these in Opera!
