Dear mr. Welch,
Thank you for the response. Within 2 weeks I'll be following education in this matter at St. Gallen University Switserland. I think this research is quite promising. You will be kept up to date concerning the outcomes.
Sincerely,
Joan

Joan,
Responding to your letter asking for sources on complexity theory, you can get the article by clicking on references in the record on July 7, 1997.
The problem of complexity that drives costs is discussed in the same record at line 301231.
Additionally, the US Army Corps of Engineers issued a report on October 7, 1997 that calculated cost savings from reducing the level of bumbling caused by complexity of daily communications that routinely devolve into entropy.
There is a detailed explanation calculating cost savings in the attachment para 4b under rework.
Would like to see any report or analysis you develop along these lines.
Good luck.
Sincerely,
The Welch Company

Dear Mr. Welch,
I am a graduate student from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in Holland, working on an exampaper wich has to sort out complexity and its related costs. In one of the articles on your side there is an "entropic" model presented to control costs. ( ref OF 4 8448). I wonder if I could in some way get this article in my possesion. I would be most gratefull if you could help my out on this article or any other relevant information on complexity costs.
All the best and friendly greetings from Holland,
Yours sincerely,
Joan Ronner
