Dear Mr Welch,
I came across your web site after doing a search on several key words, such as "intelligence, metrics, business," etc.
I have followed many of the links and realize that you are in the middle of a twenty-year effort to bring this system to mainstream of American business.
There is a great need for something that relates knowledge - in the form of stories and rules; time - in the form of building blocks for an enterprise or structure; and value - as it relates to the stream of business activity.
I seem to sense, however, that you have met with limited success. For my part, I have been trying to develop my own personal knowledge:time:value system, but have been limited to a manual, forms and handwritten method.
If you would like my ideas on improving the reception you have gotten from the sponsors you have solicited, I would be happy to share them with you.
