Mr. Rod Welch,

I came across a letter sent to you by Mr. David Tong describing the same pain that I have been going through. My system freezes while surfing on the internet. I also noticed it happen only once in Windows Explorer also.

Did you get any responses on this issue from Microsoft or Toshiba?

Would really appreciate any help in this matter.
