Hi Rod,

I hope you had a good holiday, and maybe even had some downtime for yourself.

Nicholas and I have been discussing your project at some length by now, and have some ideas to apply right off that we think will be of benefit.

What we propose is that we come down to your office for an initial consult of several hours, discuss our thoughts based on my phone conference with you, as well as our review of the site and materials within the site. We can then explain what we feel needs to be done for starters, and then discuss the more involved, deeper needs of the project.

Our charge for this initial consult would be $500. We can then work out details for a more long term arrangement.
