Greetings Mr. Welch,
My mission as a team leader at Ricoh's California Research Center is to identify and create technologies that improve the effectiveness of knowledge workers. Having read a great deal of the information available on welchco.com, I am intrigued by the SDS/POIMS approach and claimed results. If this system works in practice, we might be interested in exploring possible business relationships. Before investing the time, I would like to learn more about the technology. Has it been adopted for daily use by any organizations? Any chance to see & evaluate the technology itself?
