Dick Karpinski recommended that I look at your site. I did, but didn't have the energy and persistence that Dick had. I wanted to know "what is the product" or "what is the service": instead, I read page after page of what seemed to be "theory". Are you offering a "product" for trial use and/or purchase? Is there a summary of "what the user does" and "what the user gets"?
If Dick is excited about SDS, then there must be something there. I just found it difficult to find the "meat" in the sandwich...
