[Responding to your letter dated Aug 20, 1999] Our server was down for a few days.
We represent UPR in a number of cases where they have issued bonds for our clients. That puts me in a conflict position with respect to this lawsuit. However, I suggest you write a letter to Timpane and ask for a 30 day extension of time to answer. He should respond to that which may open a line of communication.
