Dear Rod,

The telephone company is scheduled to remove the themistor (MTU) by 3:00 pm. I have scheduled one of our maintenance technicians to be out between the hours of 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. They will do what we call an "instant bridge" to better isolate your problems. If the MTU has not been removed this will probably assist in getting that removed more timely.
