Dear Rod,

Your research on improving alphabet technology does not readily fit work in Computational Linguistics. Indeed, I'm not aware of anyone doing anything remotely similar to integrating time and information in a way that enhances traditional use of the alphabet to support the "intelligence" function you describe. You might try looking over proceedings in CL conferences to see if there's any research in your area. Alternatively, you might try searching for keywords in papers at CoRR, NCSTRL (keywords in papers at CoRR, NCSTRL (http://www.ncstrl.org) or using search engines like Cora (engines like Cora (http://www.cora.justreach.com) or Citeseer ((http://citeseer.nj.nec.com). Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Sincerely,

Joe Halpern (CoRR admin)
