Thanks for your assistance today, per ref c attached. I look forward to re- ceiving your letter on the ServicePak, raised at ref b, which we discussed at ref c line 041406. Please give further thought to how the customer can solve single problems, without installing a 20 MB ServicePak (see ref c line 041426).
Note George and I made some progress on the Omnipage matter, but it looks like there is more to do, ref c line 070701. Your efforts on this and my letter of Feb 14 are greatly appreciated.
