Subject: | Submitted E Exe to Brandon at Microsoft |
Dear Brandon,
Thanks for
your call
today. Sorry I could not talk longer, but you made an
important point that the largest executable program size you achieved using
Vmware is 617K. Since we are getting 634K for "largest executable program
size" using NTVD under w2k, there is no evident advantage to using Vmware for
our objective to increase memory above 700K.
..
The attached file e.zip for the file e.exe (you can also
download
from the web) is submitted for reviewing ways to
increase memory along the lines
we discussed
on May 19, where OS2 gave us a
largest executable program size
of about 750K. This would be a big help for
adding "intelligence" to aid enterprise management and national security, as
explained in
POIMS.
..
Greatly appreciate your assistance on this.
Sincerely,
THE WELCH COMPANY
Rod Welch
