A few days ago we received from your firm notice of an upgrade for Ws_ftp pro that could be downloaded free of charge.
Some days after receiving your letter, we had difficulty with our computer, and wound up reinstalling w98. We upgraded to edition two, and to ensure a clean installation, formatted the drive to eliminate vestiges of prior problems. It takes an entire day to get the configuration re-established. Today, I wanted to re-install ws_ftp, and so decided to get the updated version based on your notice. However, the letter you sent had been deleted from the email directory, so I logged onto your web site.
Your web site is very professional. I quickly found something that sounded like an upgrade that cost about $10. I thought your notice offered the upgrade at no charge, at least it not specify a cost. Of course $10 is not a big deal, so I clicked to download the upgrade. This took me to the following location...
