Per our discussion earlier today, you were issued two separate credits for the
Dataline service.  On 1/26/98 a refund check was sent to you in the amount of
$885.50.  Then on 2/24/98 we issued a refund to your credit card in the amount
of $885.50.  Therefore, we have paid you back twice.


To rectify this situation we will charge your credit card once again in the
