There has to be a way to use this online stuff efficiently, so we don't waste more time fiddling with neat and cool stuff, than it takes to drive to the store.

Another thing. I want to download the program. I have not run into any instructions yet that say how this will be accomplished. There is something to click for download, and I clicked it, but this still leaves doubt in the customer's mind about how to acocmplish the objective.
