Enclosed herewith is subject keyboard being returned under your RMA #116479 for replacement due to defects, per our telephone call today, and recommended by the manufacturer, Creative Vision. As agreed with you today, Lan Plus will send a replace Avant Stellar keyboard, and will test it on a Windows 2000 system prior to shipment, if practical, to avoid the prior problem.
