Dear Erlene,
Yesterday, we received the keyboard ordered from you on November 29, 2001. I appreciate timely delivery of the order. In our call on the 29th, I asked for confirmation of the terms for the order, and you indicated this would be submitted via email. We have not received confirmation of the terms, nor have we received an invoice. There was a packing slip in the delivery package, but no invoice. When we place an order, we confirmation of terms, and we need an invoice.
Evidently, the keboard we received is defective. The technical support staff for Creative Vision Technologies recommends we get a replacement, as seen from the record today.
Can you help with these tasks. We need an invoice, and we need a replacement for defective merchandise. The keyboard has been put back in the delivery package, so that Lan Plus can pick it up when the replacement is delivered. Can you advise of any further steps we need to do order to complete this transaction.
By copy, I am advising CVT of complying with their recommendation.
